my monitor fried, just 15 days before my warranty expires;
so they send me a “new” one… well, refurbished really.
I plug it in and something’s not quite right. Everything seems bleached. I futz with the OSD and can’t seem to get it where I want it… then it starts to do this dance, first with some yellow candy striping, then a crazy pixel vibration and some acid trails where ever I mouse over. Needless to say… I now await a second replacement to replace the first replacement. Let us hope they actually checked the beast before they sent it out.
In the interim, check the groovy mix from sientific american for the groovetube when you want your monitor to do that crazy pixel dance
